   Hi. If you have aquamarine, black tourmaline, plain chalcedony, or larimar, keep any on hand.
   Aquamarine helps release, black tourmaline helps to transmute what's negative that's inside or coming at you, plain chalcedony (white) is just soothing, as is larimar. These stones are pretty durable (save larimar, which is softer so it should be wrapped/padded or worn as a pendant, ring, ear ring, bracelet) and can take carrying around in a pocket. For some, rose quartz is soothing, too, but it's not as potent for me.

   How are you doing? I hope all is great with you.
   I have been rather busy lately, helping my son and daughter-in-low moving in to their new house. Have been there for about 1,5 week and now we finally see the ending.
