Hi. If you have aquamarine, black tourmaline, plain chalcedony, or larimar, keep any on hand.
Aquamarine helps release, black tourmaline helps to transmute what's negative that's inside or coming at you, plain chalcedony (white) is just soothing, as is larimar. These stones are pretty durable (save larimar, which is softer so it should be wrapped/padded or worn as a pendant, ring, ear ring, bracelet) and can take carrying around in a pocket. For some, rose quartz is soothing, too, but it's not as potent for me.

Thanks Susan a reiki healing would be most appreciated thanks, i hope i don't need an operation can't face that ,want to avoid if i can have a fear of them since an emergency caesarean 2 years ago.
